About
Denise Bonapace
Designer/Creative consultant
Denise Bonapace is a designer that studies the interconnection between body and garment: fashion is, for her, the language of design applied to the body and to the person. The person meant as the combination of physicality, thoughts, instincts and desires.
The design perceptions that have always characterized her production think of clothes as objects and objects as clothes that address the world.
The body becomes a bearing from which the clothes communicate, and the wear becomes a prosthesis of the body. This intense communication is given by unity: the one between the person and the garment that foretells what can be done, together.
